Was brought in by agency as member of creative team to brand and introduce new hybrid emergency room/urgent care center in Frisco, Texas. Worked from marketing strategy and creative brief to establish brand voice and develop copy for integrated marketing and advertising: website, trifold brochure, postcards, Google ads and newspaper ad concepts. Collaborated with creative director and account executive, and interviewed client to flesh out content.

This corporate brochure introduced a new Dallas-based private bank to defined segments of high-wealth individuals. Worked closely with the creative director and client to capture the brand essence, service descriptions and key messages in the most appropriate style and voice. Contributed to successful launch and growth of client's business, leading to other projects.

Concepted and wrote series of radio commercials to support the launch of this large e-commerce website introduced by ServiceMaster. (Also wrote large portion of copy for extensive website.) Created spots to promote the overall brand and site, as well as versions featuring particular services.

Worked with client to develop copy explaining the Smart Start alcohol interlock device and service to drivers. Brochure voice needed to be very simple, informative, promotional and friendly for audience of DWI offenders directed to have an interlock installed on their vehicles by court order.
